Miss Lam is an entrepreneur with over 10 years of solid experiences in business development and company management. She has been branch manager for an international insurance company leading a team of 30+ financial planning consultants serving prestigious clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Before the pandemic, Miss Lam actively involved in organizing and hosting study tours for university students from China to visit Hong Kong. This helps her build up a business network in China and gain an in-depth understanding of business culture and market landscape of Mainland China. In the past 3 years, Miss Lam devoted to advisory services and commercial skills training for young talents and university students. Recently, she began to develop and deliver training programs on Design Thinking.
